Breakthru Beverage Group in Petaluma, CA is seeking a sales development professional who will rotate through territories to maximize supplier brand sales and support merchandising during peak periods.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 2 years in sales, strong communication, MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment; travel and a valid driver's license expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in sales.
• Basic PC skills using MS Office and presentation software.
• Must be a results-oriented professional with strong verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask, work independently and in a team, meet deadlines.
• Analytic and reporting skills.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilités

• Calls on accounts and covers daily routes by creating an established routing pattern.
• Prepares and delivers professional sales presentations to customers, including display ideas, new products, and promotions.
• Maintains product levels by stocking shelves and inventory checks where legal.
• Ensures brand visibility using point-of-sale materials as appropriate.
• Collects payments and remittance from accounts where legally permissible.
• Educates account staff with brand training seminars.
• Delivers products and handles customer issues, referring complex problems to management.
