Job summary

Forney Industries, a long‑standing welding and metal‑working products company, is seeking a Level 2 Sales Representative to execute the sales plan in assigned accounts and grow dealer business. The role covers existing accounts, develops new accounts, and implements brand strategies to meet revenue targets.

The position requires 1–3 years of outside sales experience, a valid driver's license, and the ability to travel approximately 50% overnight.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 1 to 3 years outside sales experience. Direct to dealer preferred.
• Proven track record of success.
• Proven track record of success showing progressive levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Execute dealer call coverage for 60–80 accounts.
• Achieve revenue and territory call cycle targets.
• Promote new items and specials to assigned accounts.
• Meet revenue goals and new account quotas.
• Provide product/sales training to key personnel at accounts.
