Job summary

Altitude Development Group in Colorado is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to be the face of our field efforts, meeting with business owners and decision-makers within your designated territory to present supplemental health and life products.

You will build relationships, manage your own schedule, travel to multiple businesses daily, and work independently while contributing to a collaborative team focused on growth and client security.

Qualifications

• Must be enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with business owners and decision-makers to offer supplemental health and life products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business within your territory.
• Set your own schedule, call on new and existing clients, and achieve monthly targets.
• Develop relationships with local businesses and present in person at meetings or events.
• Follow up on leads, balance cold calling with warm leads, and submit activity daily.
