Job summary

Altitude Development Group is seeking a field sales representative to autonomously drive direct sales of supplemental insurance products within a designated territory in the United States. You will travel to small and mid-sized businesses, present products to owners and decision-makers, and build lasting client relationships while managing your own schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed Health & Life general lines or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement available).
• Licensing reimbursement offered for Health & Life producer license.

Responsibilities

• Sell supplemental insurance products to business owners and employees in the assigned territory.
• Schedule and conduct face-to-face presentations with decision-makers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business and manage quotas.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily; balance cold leads with warm referrals.
