Altitude Group is seeking a Field Sales Representative to connect with business owners and managers across a defined territory. You will travel to client sites, deliver engaging presentations on supplemental insurance products, and build a robust book of business through field-based activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years professional outside sales experience.
• Licensed or willing to obtain Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Ability to work independently and manage a personal book of business.
• Strong presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to commit to a full-time 40-hour work week.

Responsibilities

• Travel within your territory to meet with business owners and decision-makers.
• Deliver presentations on supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments, manage pipeline, and hit monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Build and maintain your personal book of business.
