Altitude Development Group seeks a Direct Sales Representative to cover a local territory in Boulder, CO. You will meet with business owners and decision-makers, deliver engaging presentations, and offer supplemental insurance products.

You will build lasting client relationships, manage your schedule, and work independently while contributing to a supportive team. A sales background is a plus and success depends on performance.

Qualifications

• Background in sales is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willing to work full-time (40 hours)
• Able to travel within designated territory
• Graduate or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Call on new businesses, referrals, and existing clients to re-service
• Set follow-up appointments with prospective and current clients
• Build and maintain your book of business
• Meet with sales team manager to discuss monthly/quarterly targets
• Develop relationships with local business owners in your territory
• Submit your sales metrics and activity daily
