Mondelēz International is seeking a Convenience Sales Rep to manage an in-market, 300-store territory in the United States. You will drive Perfect Store execution, expand distribution, optimize shelving, run promotions, and monitor revenue growth initiatives.

Responsibilities include documenting activity in Salesforce, analyzing KPI data, building strong store-owner partnerships, and staying ahead of market trends.

Responsibilities

• Deliver quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
• Record weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce; adjust route list as needed.
• Track store and account KPIs; analyze data for improvements and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnership.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to optimize sales approaches.
