Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Convenience Sales Rep to manage a 300-store territory and ensure flawless execution of key KPIs. You will deliver against our Perfect Store standards with a focus on distribution, shelving, promotions, and revenue growth.

In-market, field role requiring travel within the territory, you'll use Salesforce to log activity, monitor KPIs, and build strong relationships with store owners to drive partnerships and sustained results.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build relationships with diverse customers.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

• Deliver against quarterly sales objectives through the execution of perfect store principles.
• Record weekly activity and key customer intel in Salesforce; assess viability of current store route list and provide feedback for adjustments.
• Track store and account level KPIs; analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with store owners and key customers to drive partnerships and provide customer service and business solutions.
• Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities; share insights with the team to optimize sales approaches.
