AT&T is hiring a Business Sales Representative for a defined local geography in Charlotte, NC. This full‑time on‑site role centers on acquiring new business from small and mid‑sized companies, using cold calling, door knocking, and in‑person meetings to identify challenges and present AT&T solutions.

Expect a base salary plus commissions, with strong earning potential tied to performance.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota‑carrying outside acquisition sales experience.
• Ability to prospect, cold call, referrals, appointment setting, and follow‑up.

Responsibilities

• Balance field and office collaboration with customer meetings at the location of the customer.
• Prospect for new logos and build a pipeline through door knocking, emailing, and in‑person meetings.
• Own your territory by prioritizing accounts and executing a market plan for quota attainment.
• Sell AT&T solutions across wireless, fiber, internet, voice, SDN and cybersecurity.
• Maintain disciplined CRM activity with calls, visits, appointments, opportunities, and forecast updates.
