Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd seeks an Outside Sales Representative to grow our local business region, focusing on cabinet and furniture manufacturers, as well as woodworkers. You will conduct structured consultative sales discussions both in person and virtually, serving as a trusted business advisor to customers.

You will travel in the field three to four days per week, manage CRM-based activities, and use MS Office tools to plan, document, and respond to customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in outside sales within building materials or construction.
• Ability to learn and provide solutions to customers.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Willingness to travel 3–4 days per week.
• Own reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Grow local business region and manage day-to-day sales activities.
• Engage in consultative sales discussions in person and virtually.
• Build and maintain relationships with cabinet and furniture manufacturers.
• Use CRM to track activity and follow up on customer requests.
