UniFirst Uniforms is hiring for an Outside Sales Representative to develop a new business territory in Pittsburgh, PA, with a strong emphasis on cold calling, on-site presentations, and securing multi-year contracts.

The role offers a base salary with weekly pay, monthly commissions and quarterly bonuses, a car and phone allowance, and a comprehensive benefits package. Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years of B2B sales and a valid driver's license for field work.

Qualifications

• 0-2+ years of B2B sales experience (preferred).
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record and a reliable vehicle.
• Strong negotiating and closing skills.

Responsibilities

• Cold Calling & Prospecting: Proactively identifying new business opportunities through door-to-door, phone calls, and networking.
• Sales Presentations: Conducting in-person meetings, site surveys, and delivering presentations on facility services, uniforms, and safety products.
• Closing Deals: Negotiating and closing multi-year service agreements with local businesses.
• CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales pipelines in the company's CRM.
• Target Achievement: Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales goals
