Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the Chicago region. After a 13-week training period, you will identify and secure new customers across industries, delivering tailored linen, uniform, and facility-service solutions.

You’ll report to a Regional Sales Manager and work within the North West area of Chicago, IL. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Must have proven sales experience and ability to meet weekly goals.
• Ability to build a pipeline of new business through prospecting, cold calling, and qualifying leads.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and colleagues.
• Experience using a CRM (Salesforce) to manage opportunities and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
