Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive branch growth and close new business. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who trains and coaches you during a 13-week program, then identify and secure new customers across multiple industries that use linen and facility services.

The role involves daily travel within a designated territory, leveraging Salesforce and other tools to build relationships and deliver tailored solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven history of successful sales experience and the ability to meet weekly quotas.
• Desire to grow with a branch and drive top-line growth.
• Capacity to manage a territory and use a CRM to track pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams for smooth onboarding of new customers.
