Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is hiring a Sales Consultant to drive top-line growth for the branch. You will report to a Regional Sales Manager who will train and coach you as you close new business.

After a 13-week training period, you will identify and secure customers and deliver tailored solutions for industries using linen, uniforms, and facility services. With support from a dedicated team, you’ll meet financial goals and help the branch achieve growth.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• College degree preferred or two years of outside sales experience.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office.
• Have and maintain a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and time management to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, cold calling, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by proactively managing your Salesforce sales funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming customer installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Safely operate a company vehicle and follow all policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
