Alsco Uniforms seeks aSales Consultant to drive top-line growth in North and West Charlotte region, reporting to a Regional Sales Manager. After training, you’ll secure new customers across food & beverage, industrial, and healthcare sectors, delivering tailored linen, uniforms and facility services solutions.

This role offers a lucrative commission structure, a large sales territory, and opportunities to advance with strong earnings potential in a team-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B sales across multiple industries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of new business by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and presenting tailored proposals.
• Meet and exceed weekly sales quotas by actively managing the Salesforce funnel.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding for new customers.
• Prepare for and participate in weekly branch growth meetings to outline upcoming installations.
• Foster strong relationships with new customers to ensure smooth transition to service team.
• Daily travel within designated sales territory.
