Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle sales across schools, clubs, and community programs within a defined territory. This full-time hybrid role requires 2-5 days on the road and occasional evenings or weekends.

You will prospect, qualify leads, manage accounts in CRM, and collaborate with coaches to grow multi-sport penetration while delivering best-in-class service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and account management.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
