Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Professional to cover schools, clubs, and community programs within the Philadelphia region. This hybrid role blends home-office work with on-site visits, focusing on consultative sales, pipeline development, and end-to-end execution.

You will travel 2-5 days per week in the territory, manage relationships, and leverage CRM data to drive growth and service coaches and administrators across all levels.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred) or coaching background.
• Associate's degree or equivalent; bachelor's preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Stay resilient and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and new opportunities.
• Manage travel within the assigned territory.
