• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proven success in B2B outside or territory sales and new-business development.
• Ability to generate leads, build pipeline, and close new customers.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a new-business sales strategy for an assigned geographic territory.
• Identify high-potential prospects and target markets within the territory.
• Build a qualified sales pipeline through in-person prospecting, referrals, networking, and outreach.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers at local, regional, and multi-location businesses.
• Conduct discovery conversations to understand prospects’ cash-handling practices and business priorities.
• Present GardaWorld capabilities including cash transportation, deposit solutions, and related services.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals.
• Close profitable new business and manage contract discussions with stakeholders.
