Job summary

Altitude Group is seeking a field sales representative to directly engage business owners and decision-makers in a defined territory. You will travel to small and medium-sized businesses, present supplemental insurance options, and help employees and organizations protect their financial future.

Ideal candidates are self-driven, able to work independently, and comfortable overcoming objections in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Outside sales role calling on small to medium businesses.
• Licensed in Health & Life or willing to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years relevant outside sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Travel within assigned territory to meet with business owners and decision-makers.
• Present supplemental insurance products and services to clients and groups.
• Set follow-up appointments and review client needs regularly.
• Build and manage your own book of business with monthly/quarterly targets.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and report to sales manager.
