Altitude Group seeks a Field Sales Representative to travel within your assigned territory, meeting business owners and decision-makers to present our supplemental insurance products. You will manage your own schedule, call on new and existing clients, and build a personal book of business.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in your own territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers.
• Call on small and medium-sized businesses and present supplemental insurance products.
• Build and maintain your own book of business over time.
• Set appointments, follow-ups, and monthly/quarterly targets with your manager.
• Deliver product presentations to individuals or groups, 50–100+ attendees when needed.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily and manage pipeline.
