Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, is hiring a Field Sales Professional in Barnstable, MA. You will drive full-cycle sales to schools, clubs and community programs within your assigned territory, providing consultative service and building strong relationships with coaches and administrators.

The role requires local travel 2–5 days weekly and a hybrid work setup; a reliable vehicle and CRM/data-driven approach are essential. Base compensation is $65,000–$75,000 with performance incentives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods) or coaching background.
• Associate’s degree or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Reliable vehicle, valid license, auto insurance and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across all sports and levels within existing accounts.
• Use data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
• Travel locally 2–5+ days per week to manage client relationships.
