BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, invites a Field Sales Professional to join our Las Vegas territory in a hybrid role. You will service coaches and administrators, drive full-cycle sales, and travel regularly to schools and events within the territory.

You will generate revenue, manage accounts in CRM, and lead outreach campaigns to grow sales across all sports. Evening and weekend work may be required depending on client needs.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years B2B outside sales experience (preferably in sporting goods)
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s degree preferred
• Must have and maintain a reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and a satisfactory driving record.

Aufgaben

• Provide best-in-class, consultative customer service to coaches across an assigned territory and do everything possible to make their lives easier.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Actively develop and qualify leads within respective territory to drive additional sales opportunities through cold-calling and lead generation campaigns.
• Resilience to handle rejection and persistence to turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships (prospecting, account management, activity tracking).
• Increase sales in existing accounts by selling to all sports at all levels.
• Utilize data-driven business intelligence on prospects to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage your account list and travel within your territory.
