Job summary

BSN SPORTS, a Varsity Brands company, seeks a Field Sales Pro in Omaha, NE to optimize full-cycle sales within a hybrid environment, traveling to local schools and organizations. You will manage client relationships, generate revenue, and drive growth across sports at all levels.

The role requires 2–5 days in territory, evening/weekend availability, and driving travel. Expect a comprehensive sales training program and generous commission potential as you expand the customer base.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience (sporting goods preferred).
• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience, bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must have a reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class, consultative service to coaches within assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads through cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across all sports and levels.
• Travel locally within territory, with some overnight travel as needed.
