The role emphasizes consultative service, revenue generation, lead development, CRM usage, and cross-sport growth across tiers. Requires 3+ years B2B outside sales or coaching background and a reliable vehicle.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B outside sales experience, preferably in sporting goods or coaching background.
• Associate degree or equivalent work experience; bachelor’s preferred.
• Must have reliable vehicle, valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches within territory and drive revenue.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets through local client relationships.
• Develop and qualify leads within territory via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationship efforts.
• Grow sales across all sports and levels; leverage data-driven insights to identify opportunities.
