Job summary

BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands Company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional to drive full-cycle territory sales in Pennsylvania, focusing on schools, clubs and athletic programs. You will prospect, close, and service accounts in a hybrid home-office and field environment.

The role requires 3+ years of B2B outside sales or coaching background, a reliable vehicle, and a valid driver’s license. Base pay is $50,000–$60,000 with performance incentives.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in an assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales/growth targets.
• Develop and qualify leads via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Navigate CRM to support sales and customer relationships.
• Increase sales in existing accounts across sports and levels.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Travel within the territory as required to manage local relationships.
