BSN Sports, a Varsity Brands company, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in Montgomery, PA to serve schools, clubs, and community programs within the territory. You will drive full-cycle sales from prospecting to post-sale service in a hybrid home-office and field-based environment.

You’ll travel locally 2–5 days per week, with evenings and weekends possible. Rely on CRM data and territory planning to expand multi-sport accounts, nurture relationships, and meet revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Provide consultative customer service to coaches in the territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Develop and qualify leads within the territory via cold-calling.
• Handle rejection with resilience and turn challenges into opportunities.
• Navigate CRM for prospecting, account management, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales across sports and levels; service accountability.
• Use data-driven insights to identify trends and opportunities.
• Manage account lists and travel locally within the territory.
