Job summary

BSN SPORTS, A VARSITY BRANDS COMPANY, is seeking a Field Sales Professional in the Sacramento, CA area. This hybrid role covers local schools and community programs, with 2–5 travel days per week in the territory.

You will drive full-cycle sales, prospect and manage accounts, and deliver consultative service to athletic programs while operating in a home-office plus field environment. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class consultative service to coaches in the assigned territory.
• Generate revenue and meet sales targets.
• Qualify leads and drive opportunities via cold-calling and campaigns.
• Manage CRM activities across prospecting, accounts, and activity tracking.
• Increase sales in existing accounts by cross-sport selling across levels.
