Job summary

National Safety Apparel is seeking a Field Sales Manager to drive growth across a designated territory, building strong end-user and distributor relationships and delivering training and promotions to boost NSA’s product reach.

You will collaborate with the Director of Strategic Accounts to expand market share, develop sales strategies, and address customer needs while traveling frequently across MI, OH, KY, and WV.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience
• Proven success as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager
• Experience with end users and distributors
• CRM and MS Office proficiency
• Strong leadership, presentation, negotiation skills
• Able to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for NSA’s end users within a designated territory.
• Build relationships with direct customers and distributors, train and motivate to promote NSA products to end user customers.
• Collaborate with NSA’s Director of Strategic Accounts to grow market share with major distributor customers through training and promotions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and streamline sales processes.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts, while staying aware of new products and competitive dynamics.
• Frequent travel is required.
