Job summary

National Safety Apparel in Cleveland seeks a Field Sales Manager to drive growth across MI, OH, KY, WV. You will build relationships with distributors and end users, train partners, and promote NSA products to increase revenue.

The role requires hunter sales skills, leadership, and the ability to meet/exceed targets. Frequent travel is expected, and a Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of sales experience required.
• Experience as Account Manager or Field Sales Manager preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a sales strategy for end users within a territory.
• Build and maintain relationships with direct customers, provide training and motivation.
• Collaborate with Director of Strategic Accounts to grow market share.
• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs and sales processes.
• Identify emerging markets and monitor product and competition.
• Frequent travel is required.
