Job summary

SumUp USA is seeking an Outside Sales Account Executive in Austin, TX. You will own your territory, manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close, and build trusted merchant relationships with local SMBs.

This role offers uncapped earnings with a base salary plus commission, plus growth opportunities within a global fintech. You’ll travel within your territory and use Salesforce to manage opportunities and forecast.

Qualifications

• Experience in field-based B2B sales, preferably in fintech or payments.
• Ability to prospect, qualify, negotiate, and close deals with SMBs.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Own your territory by building and managing a strong sales pipeline.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through discovery, demos, negotiation, and close.
• Build meaningful merchant relationships by understanding needs and recommending SumUp solutions.
• Use Salesforce to track activity, opportunities, and follow-ups.
