Konica Minolta is seeking motivated Sales Executives to drive field-based sales of print solutions across an assigned territory. The role emphasizes in-person engagement, relationship-building with clients, and meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Ideal candidates have strong communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to travel within the territory. This is a growth-focused position within a global technology and print solutions provider.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer facing role (sales development, account support, customer success support, renewals support, or similar) highly desirable.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory to conduct in-person customer/prospect meetings and field-based selling.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for daily field travel within assigned territory.

Responsabilidades

• Learn and market Konica Minolta's full suite of print solutions and services.
• Build a customer base through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person engagement.
• Field-based selling—meet prospects and customers face-to-face at their places of business within the assigned territory.
• Deliver solution-focused presentations and engage in consultative discussions to uncover client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly prospecting and sales goals.
• Record customer insights and sales interactions to ensure accurate follow-up as needed.
