Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a customer facing role (sales development, account support, customer success support, renewals support, or similar) desirable.

Responsibilities

• Learn and market our full suite of print solutions and services.
• Build a customer base through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and in-person engagement.
• Customarily and regularly work in the field—meeting prospects and customers face-to-face at their places of business throughout the assigned territory—to advance and close sales opportunities.
• Deliver solution-focused presentations and engage in consultative discussions to solve issues and uncover client needs.
• Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to develop and refine sales strategies.
• Manage a pipeline of opportunities and progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly prospecting and sales goals.
• Record customer insights and sales interactions to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up as incidental to and in support of outside sales activities.
• Attend in-office training sessions, team-building activities and customer events as needed; field-based selling remains the primary duty.
