• Deliver solution-focused presentations and engage in consultative discussions to uncover client needs.
• Collaborate with team members and leadership to refine sales strategies.
• Manage a pipeline and progress deals through the sales cycle.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly prospecting and sales goals.
• Record insights and interactions to support outside sales activities.
• Attend in-office training and events; field selling remains primary.
