argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) to enhance patient access to our portfolio in the United States. The role focuses on delivering reimbursement education, access support, and patient services through healthcare providers and staff in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

You will navigate complex payer policies for medical and pharmacy benefits, support prior authorizations, claims, and appeals, and partner with Patient Support Services and Market Access teams to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a healthcare-related field.
• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits; Medicare/Medicaid knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers in the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and navigate payer challenges in line with policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalate where needed, sharing insights to inform strategy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless patient access.
