Job summary

argenx SE is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to partner with healthcare providers and office staff, improving patient access to the argenx portfolio across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. The FRM will deliver reimbursement education, access support, and patient services expertise through live and virtual engagements.

The role requires deep knowledge of payer policies, prior authorizations, claims, and appeals, plus collaboration with Patient Support Services and Market Access teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, specialty pharmacy, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience supporting therapies reimbursed under both medical and pharmacy benefits, including Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a seamless patient access experience.
• Maintain territory plans, use CRM and data analytics to track performance and opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and company policies.
