Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to partner with healthcare providers and staff to optimize patient access across medical and pharmacy benefit channels. This role requires deep knowledge of payer policies, prior authorizations, claims, and site-of-care considerations, with extensive cross-functional collaboration to deliver seamless patient access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement or patient access experience.
• Experience with Medicare/Medicaid, commercial payers, prior authorizations, and claims.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement policies, prior authorizations, claims, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance to navigate payer challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations while sharing payer trends to inform strategy.
