Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in reimbursement, strong relationship-building skills, and experience working with cross-functional teams to remove access barriers for specialty therapies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 5+ years of reimbursement experience.
• Experience engaging with healthcare providers and navigating payer policies.
• Strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work in the New England territory and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary reimbursement and patient access resource for providers in the territory.
• Educate customers on reimbursement, coverage, prior authorizations, claims, and coding.
• Develop access strategies and overcome payer barriers per company policy.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations with urgency.
• Collaborate with Patient Services, Market Head, and other stakeholders.
