Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to optimize patient access across medical and pharmacy benefit channels in the United States. You will educate healthcare providers on reimbursement pathways, prior authorizations, and billing considerations while partnering with internal teams to remove access barriers.

The role requires 5+ years in reimbursement or market access, strong relationship skills, and willingness to travel within the territory.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in reimbursement, patient access, market access, or related healthcare experience.
• Experience with therapies reimbursed under medical and pharmacy benefits including Medicare/Medicaid.
• Strong communication, presentation, organizational, problem-solving, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work independently while cross-functionally collaborating to drive access solutions.
• Knowledge of neurology, immunology, rare disease, specialty biologics, or related areas.

Responsibilities

• Serve as reimbursement and patient access resource within the assigned territory, building trusted relationships.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, prior authorizations, claims, and billing considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and share payer insights to inform strategy.
