Job summary

argenx is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager to serve as a trusted partner for healthcare providers, optimizing patient access to the argenx portfolio in a dynamic, fast-paced biotech environment.

The FRM will lead education on reimbursement and access across medical and pharmacy benefits, develop territory plans in Springfield, MO, and collaborate with Patient Services and Market Access to remove barriers to therapy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 5+ years in reimbursement or patient access.
• Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial insurance, including prior authorizations and appeals.
• Ability to build productive relationships with healthcare providers and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims and billing.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and provide guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalate with urgency while sharing payer trends to inform strategy.
