Job summary

argenx US is seeking a Field Reimbursement Manager (FRM) based in Wisconsin to serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access expert for healthcare providers within the assigned territory.

You will educate providers on coverage policies, prior authorizations, and billing processes, and develop account-specific access strategies to overcome reimbursement challenges while collaborating across Patient Services, Market Access, and other teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement experience.
• Experience with medical and pharmacy benefit reimbursement models.
• Strong customer engagement and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to navigate payer landscape, prior authorizations, and appeals processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reimbursement and patient access resource for healthcare providers and staff within the assigned territory.
• Educate customers on patient access, reimbursement, coverage policies, prior authorizations, claims, appeals, billing and coding considerations.
• Develop account-specific access strategies and guidance on reimbursement challenges.
• Manage complex reimbursement issues and escalations with urgency and professionalism.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to address access barriers and improve patient outcomes.
