Job summary

Flagger Force is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations across an assigned territory in Indiana, focusing on safety, service quality, and client relationships. You will coach field staff, conduct site visits, oversee pre-construction planning, and ensure timely reporting.

You will travel daily to job sites, collaborate with operations, safety, and HR, and play a key role in performance management and staffing decisions within the territory.

Qualifications

• Ability to enforce safety policies and DOT requirements.
• Experience leading field operations and managing crews.
