Job summary

Flagger Force, a national leader in traffic control, seeks a Director of Field Operations to plan, direct, and oversee field services operations across multiple sites within an assigned territory. This executive will ensure projects meet timelines and budgets while upholding safety standards and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and/or minimum of 10 years experience in management.
• Experience leading field operations across multiple sites within a defined territory.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily field operations and multiple Field Managers across sites within a territory.
• Build and maintain senior-level client relationships.
• Conduct monthly one‑on‑ones with direct reports to align on goals.
• Support Operations Services Center leadership and uphold company policies.
• Ensure staffing levels meet operational demand and develop budgets and forecasts.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate field operations staff.
