Job summary

Flagger Force in Evansville, IN is seeking an Area Supervisor to lead field operations across the assigned territory. You will provide hands-on leadership, coach field crews, and ensure safety, service quality, and timely reporting.

You will manage pre-construction planning, coordinate with clients and State DOT representatives, and drive performance improvements with field staff and internal partners. A bachelor's degree is required, with a focus on operations or safety preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and coaching abilities are required to guide field crews.
• Excellent communication with clients, DOTs and internal teams is essential.
• Analytical thinking and problem solving help drive safe, efficient operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise assigned field personnel daily.
• Manage performance reviews, coaching, and corrective actions.
• Travel to job sites within the territory to observe operations and complete reports.
• Build relationships with clients, DOT representatives, and municipalities.
• Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Operations to meet goals.
• Oversee pre-construction planning and field readiness activities.
