Qualifications

• Must pass Work Zone Leadership course with 80% or higher.
• Maintain valid internal training certifications through Flagger Force Academy.
• Must hold all required Department of Transportation qualifications for assigned territory.
• Valid driver's license in accordance with Flagger Force motor vehicle record standards.
• Proficient computer literacy; experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of outside field personnel.
• Oversee pre-construction management process including communication.
• Daily travel to job site locations for observations and reporting.
• Build positive client relationships and manage local municipal relations.
• Conduct annual performance reviews and support employee development.
