Job summary

T-ROC is hiring a Territory Field Lead in Tulsa, OK to enable field sales across an Indirect Agent channel. You will work closely with Agent store leaders and regional directors to ensure in-store execution, KPI attainment, and readiness for national launches.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to travel within the territory, and a focus on driving revenue growth and profitability while championing frontline tools and training programs.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across the territory to help increase revenue and profit.
• Serve as the primary field liaison to Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans and drive territory sales performance.
• Champion the use of frontline tools and POS support pathways to reduce bottlenecks.
• Coordinate launches and trainings, and communicate strategic updates to teams.
