Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Representative in Gilbert, AZ to drive growth across the Agent network. You’ll work with Agent store leaders and coordinate with regional/HQ directors to ensure in-store execution, KPI achievement, and readiness for national launches.

The role emphasizes travel within the territory, strong communication, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize revenue and profitability. A Bachelor’s degree and sales experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client-facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass motor vehicle record check and drug test according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support localized sales goals across assigned Agent locations to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Enhance agent capabilities and performance through product knowledge and tailored sales strategies.
• Establish and grow partnerships with existing agents and create new agent relationships.
• Champion the use of frontline tools and coordinate field readiness for priority launches and updates.
