Job summary

T-ROC is hiring a Territory Field Lead in Tucson, AZ. The role focuses on enabling the indirect agent channel, driving revenue, and ensuring in-store execution aligned with brand standards and launch readiness.

The candidate will work closely with agent store leaders, regional directors, and HQ teams. The position requires satisfying travel, a valid driver's license, and a willingness to undergo drug testing.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• A valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.
• Willing to take a drug test and pass according to state guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across the territory to improve revenue and profit.
• Work with Agent store leaders and sync with regional and HQ directors as the field liaison.
• Implement localized sales enablement plans to support revenue goals.
• Enhance agent capabilities with product knowledge and tailored sales strategies.
• Coordinate with agent leadership to plan launches and training, and communicate changes clearly.
