Job summary

T-ROC is seeking a Territory Field Lead in Virginia Beach, VA to drive revenue and profitability in the Indirect Agent channel. You will align with Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ to ensure in-store execution and KPI attainment.

You will implement localized sales enablement plans, coach agents on product knowledge, monitor performance, and cultivate agent partnerships while coordinating launches and promotions. Travel within the territory is required.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of sales and client facing experience.
• Willingness to travel within assigned territory and pass DMV checks.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass motor vehicle record check.

Responsibilities

• Support growth across the territory by implementing localized sales enablement plans and maximizing revenue.
• Serve as the main field liaison with Agent store leadership, regional directors, and HQ to ensure KPI achievement and brand alignment.
• Provide product knowledge and tailored sales strategies to improve agent performance and sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze agent and channel performance for continuous improvement and optimize launches and promotions.
