Altitude Group is seeking a Direct Sales Representative to cover the Covington, GA area. You will travel to businesses, present supplemental insurance products, and build lasting client relationships.

This outside sales role requires self-motivation, resilience, and the ability to work independently while contributing to a supportive team. Ideal candidates have a sales mindset, enjoy meeting people, and are willing to obtain required Health & Life licenses.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Background in sales is a plus.
• Great with people; able to learn quickly.

Responsabilités

• Meet face-to-face with owners and decision-makers in a defined territory.
• Deliver engaging presentations on supplemental insurance products.
• Set follow-up appointments and review needs with clients.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business.
• Meet monthly/quarterly targets with manager guidance.
• Submit sales metrics and activity daily.
• Balance cold outreach with warm leads and referrals.
