Job summary

Altitude Group seeks a Field Sales Representative to be the face of the company, engaging with business owners and managers in the Georgia territory. This outside-sales role involves presenting supplemental insurance products and building lasting relationships while managing your schedule.

Travel to client sites, qualify leads, set appointments, and pursue monthly and quarterly targets with training, incentives, and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, performance-driven culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Licensed in Health & Life or eligible to obtain license (licensing reimbursement offered).
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Outside sales in assigned territory, meeting with business owners and decision-makers to present supplemental insurance products.
• Conduct product presentations to groups up to 50–100+ people.
• Respond to client emails and phone inquiries; manage follow-up appointments.
• Build and maintain a personal book of business and track activities daily.
• Coordinate with sales manager to set monthly and quarterly targets and quotas.
